Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum of 8 years experience in writing and implementing stored procedures in Windows SQL Server, using SQL Server Management Studio with the ability to debug code using the profiler
National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology or computer science
Solid experience in Web Platform Design and development using Visual Studio .Net, C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL, Entity Framework, .Net Core, Test Driven Development
Solid experience in designing and creating tables, views, triggers, partitions, complex stored procedures, functions, indexes and other database objects
Solid experience in analysing databases and systems response times to determine optimization and tuning recommendations for performance improvement
Solid experience in developing custom reports using SQL server reporting services
Excellent experience in documenting technical requirement specifications, from business requirement specifications, providing estimates of time to complete each development task
Warehousing, supply chain sector experience is beneficial
Angular experience is advantageous

Purpose Statement: The Senior Developer will contribute to the development & support of a web-based WMS system to meet the business requirements, with the emphasis on the support, design, development and testing of the application using the tools and methodology as provided by the company. This role has a strong focus on SQL database and development.
